  • Right of Refusal: Reserve the absolute right for ITS Global Limited to reject a booking or deny entry to any attendee or client for any reason.
2. Fees, Payments, & Financial Terms
  • Deposit Requirements: Outline the upfront non-refundable deposit required to secure the planning services of ITS Global Limited or block event dates.
  • Payment Milestone Schedules: Specify precise due dates for mid-term and final balances before the event kicks off.
  • Late Fee Penalties: Detail financial interest penalties or automatic order cancellation if a client misses a payment deadline set by ITS Global Limited.
  • Price Modifications: Reserve the right for ITS Global Limited to adjust initial quotes if the client updates the event scope or adds guest counts later.
3. Cancellation, Postponement, & Refund Policies
  • Client Cancellations: Establish a clear sliding scale of what percentage of fees are forfeited to ITS Global Limited based on when the client cancels.
  • Attendee Ticket Cancellations: Set strict rules for delegate ticket returns, including cutoff dates and administration fees.
